Therapy clients have the right to access their health care records and to raise concerns about services received, in accordance with Texas law.

Access to Records

Clients may request access to their therapy records by submitting a written request. Requests may be made by email or in writing and will be handled in accordance with applicable state and federal laws, including HIPAA. Certain information may be withheld or summarized as permitted by law. Reasonable fees may apply for copies of records.
